We use Catcheye for our buisness. We love it! However, the update to iphones is at IOS 11 and the Catcheye App is not. The App is NOT UP TO DATE! 10-3-17 Please update App ASAP!

Apps crashes a lot

Works about 10 percent of the time.

Pros:The setup is simple. Works well with a strong WiFi signal / or 4 bars or better. Cons: unable to rewind or go back in time.

Just wanted to post that the newest update works great as long as the IPhone has the latest SW 5.1. Also the Catcheye company was very helpful with helping with the resolution.

The app works as advertised but there havent been any updates in a while. Sometimes streams dont work right away but Im not sure if thats the apps issue or something else. There are tons more features that could be included via update but the developers went to sleep.

My app was working fine. Now with the update the settings are the same and it doesnt work. Im so mad! Can I revert back to previous version!??

After update it wont work The old app was just ok Not a superior tool but for checking in it was ok But now it wont save any settings or connect if you have settings saved from before

Is there another way I could monitor my cameras, since I upgraded I cant see a THING !

Contacted tech support. All settings are correct, tried numerous times to connect - failed in all cases.

When this app works, its great. Half the time it doesnt work, though. Please fix this. Ive desperately needed this app to work several times, and it wouldnt load.

When ever I connect from my iPhone, all desktop connections freeze. With the exception of which ever camera I happen to be viewing on my iPhone. That camera remains active. As I change cameras on my iPhone, the same camera becomes live on my desktops. After disconnecting with my mobile phone, I need to logout and login for the desktop version to behave normally.
